Computer Repair Rates

• $20.00 - Computer pickup & Drop-off Service per instance (within Thunder Bay proper)
• $30.00 - On-site Service fee per instance (within Thunder Bay proper)
• $10.00 - In Shop & Remote Computer Diagnosis per instance
• $20.00 - Remote Repair with remote control software (if suitable) per hour
• $45.00 - Basic Tune-UP (updates, and basic maintenance)
• $90.00 - Normal Tune-UP (Basic Tune-UP + System Cleanup + System tuning)
• $120.00 - Full Tune-UP (Normal Tune-UP + Physical cleaning on internal components) Laptop's not included in this price.
• $65 - Laptop Cleaning (This includes stripping the laptop apart and cleaning all internal components)
• $45.00 - Virus/Malware removal /per hour. Typical virus/malware removal turn-around is about 2 hours of labour.
• $65.00 - Restore Computer/Software to Factory defaults.
• You must provide us with proof of license for your Operating system
• We will only restore the Operating System, not your programs or data!
• When we restore the Operating system, we will bring it up to date and install a free Anti Virus program if you do not have one already.
• Don't let your anti virus expire or become out of date.

We do not guarantee your data/programs and are not responsible for your data in any way! We recommend you purchase a external hard drive or USB drive to backup your documents before any system maintenance is done.
